Is Druid Hills POA Running for Office?

Is the Druid Hills POA Running for Office?

Rumor has it David Rusterholtz wants to run for County Commissioner in 2020…

Rumor has it David Simmons wants to run for County Assessor in Jan. 2019…

The Way I See It, the Druid Hills POA not only wants to run our Subdivision into the ground, take advantage of the system, and mislead homeowners and local real estate agencies, but now they want to get their unclean hands into the County Seat. The idea of board members of the Druid Hills POA running for office should be enough to give anyone nightmares, as our small community is already being terrorized by the unlawful intimidation and coercion tactics implicated by these folks as it is. Why in the world would we need or want them in any position of political power when they obviously can’t handle the obligations and responsibilities they should be upholding to as it is – as a simple community association!? They obviously possess no moral compass whatsoever and seem to have no idea what the words “Good Faith”, “Law and Order”, or “Integrity” stand for. I encourage them to learn, and to start conducting themselves accordingly.

Fact:

David K. Simmons, aka Colt Simmons, signed his name on spurious documents, used his signature for fake liens as Secretary of the POA against homeowners in the Druid Hills Subdivision on 2-5-18. He also recently flashed a “badge” on 6-12-18 in an effort to intimidate and harass, falsely representing himself as an “authoritative figure” in the Druid Hills Subdivision.
