Manipulation,lies,& wrongful deeds by rogue POA. That constantly forces itself on everyone around them as fact, it is wrong and cruel to operate not in good faith as tyrants.

There is no evidence to support their authority to govern residents’ and demand assessments (dues) for their voluntary association. They force everyone to join and pay assessments with no accountability of where all the money has gone. One flag pole, a stone sign does not account for 37 years of collecting dues. Without record of where all the money went, “is unconscionable”. We suffer from their Lies, Slandering homeowners they want to get rid of with deliberate malice. In my opinion they are operating “Not in Good Faith”, we are exposed and ruled by Tyrants.
ROGUE POA WRONGFUL DEEDS
They are not mandatory they would of had to get 100% approval from residents in the Druid Hills after every property sold. Consequently, none of this ever happened, there has been constant bickering and fighting in the Druid Hills Subdivision ever since the DHPOA illegally formed in 1985. Without a single vote.

Former POA president David Rusterholtz’s agenda was not good. He ignores the rules of proper operation, by not having a majority vote from homeowners in the Druid Hills Subdivision. Beginning in 2016 instating his policies and not following them, by-laws, and spurious liens, voted in by only by the ROGUE POA board. Having secret meetings, slandering those they don’t like and want to get rid of.
For example, just look at the Woodland Park school board, President David Rusterholtz was named former president in the Courier when all the lawsuits were happening. In my opinion I figured they fired him for initiating secret meetings. Judge Sells made it clear no more secret meetings. I figured he was a coward because he is no longer president, in hiding,but according yo the Courier he is still on the school board voting.
Removing a Federal Wetland Sign and putting up DHPOA signs that David revealed are bogus on TR B. IS A CRIME
So, ever since David Rusterholtz became a board member in 2015, our Wooden Signs have been covered up, torn down, and Wetland Sign removed. This type of control is capitalistic owned by individuals.
ROGUE POA LIES
Their 2001 Declaration of Covenants did not get the majority vote to pass, still they stand by it. The voting role was manipulated in the POA’s favor. Our original covenants are still in effect and I incorporated them into my Declaration of Covenants too in 2015.
I filed all,The Database of Property Owners in 2001, listing the true owners with their valid votes (not enough to pass) with Teller County Clerk and Recorder.
Showing the DHPOA did not have the majority vote to pass their Declaration of Covenants in 2001. And By-laws in 2001 stated, ” one vote per household regardless of how many lots owned”.
The X shows error in voting where the lot owner is counting all of their lots owned as multiple votes per household.
When the owner of multiple lots, “lot lined vacated” all their lots into one lot (for tax purposes) they still counted all their lots as multiple votes.
VOTES were counted by persons that did not own property in the Druid Hills, amazing manipulation ROGUE POA. Shame on you!
