Please don’t confuse this site or it’s services with the voluntary Property Owners Association or POA. We proudly have no affiliation with the POA.
What We Stand For
Druid Hills
The Druid Hills Home Owners Association (HOA) (DHHOA) is also a voluntary association. That represents Druid Hills Homeowners with integrity, without unethical or misleading actions. Local Colorado County, State and Federal Laws, as well as our original Covenants and Community, are more than enough to protect the sanctity and value of our beautiful rural subdivision the Druid Hills. This website also invites the public, and other homeowner associations, to discuss issues or concerns,under the influence of education, all services without profit or reward.
Changes in Our Appeals to Assessors Valuation
My concerns are that we lost the cash/money value with the assessors office. Now we only have the market value to base our properties value on. In other words, sales price, 5/20/2023. One home sold for around 775,000.00 on Obsidian Drive raised our values sky high. We have David Simmons the former Assessor to thank for that.
I remember when property next to mine vacant land went for $8,600.00 Now owners are asking 89,900.00 wow that’s unbelievable. TR B given to the Property Owners Association went back to Vickie Cusimano. When I have a lien on TR B.

Tom Lowman opened a SKOL Reality 4 months ago and is listing the property next to mine . I have to deal with ruthless people.
Recently met Tom Lowman he was not friendly saying” you got other problems to worry about”. I am sure he was one of the 4 on the POA board that filed The Secret Document. Where all 4 agreed to foreclose on my property 2020. Just because I would not voluntary join the POA and pay dues.
Freedom to Buy
POA stepping in on sales no right to force their POA on anybody. Why on earth would I ever join such a hateful group that has lied to everyone. I have the right to fair treatment under the first, fourth, thirteenth, and fourteenth amendments. They POA believe their lies and push to get every dollar and don’t report the monies I suspect.
Don’t just take their word for it ask and find out the truth, rumors are just that rumors to go against your neighbor. We are better than that and deserve to live in peace.
