The owner of this website is Diana Foraci, Druid Hills Home Owners Association (HOA) We have NO affiliation with the Property Owners Association or “POA” located in the same subdivision located in Florissant Colorado, Teller County.

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site, and We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you and We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

Druid Hills Home Owners Association does not send out electronic newsletters or has any newsletter service in place. All our content is located on our site, and it is up users to decide what information to engage in. Email notifications regarding important site related information, notification of changes in our policies, procedures, or other site or account related information, may still be sent to registered users.

How long do we retain your data?
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data?

This site does not collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), and donations made through PayPal are made on servers outside of the Druid Hills Home Owners Association domain. Real first and/or last names are not required, aliases can be used and are suggested. Once you register on our site, a @nicename is generated from the username you have selected.
