The Druid Hills Homeowners Association is a Homeowners Association located here in the beautiful Druid Hills Subdivision. In Florissant, Colorado, Teller County. Please don’t confuse this site or it’s services with the voluntary Property Owners Association or POA. We proudly have no affiliation with the POA.
The Druid Hills Home Owners Association (HOA) (DHHOA) is also a voluntary association. That represents Druid Hills Homeowners with integrity, without unethical or misleading actions. Local Colorado County, State and Federal Laws, as well as our original Covenants and Community, are more than enough to protect the sanctity and value of our beautiful rural subdivision the Druid Hills. This website also invites the public, and other homeowner associations, to discuss issues or concerns,under the influence of education, all services without profit or reward.

Thanks! People are moving into our subdivision killing our wildlife and taking their habitat away.We have Wetlands here that had seven ponds on 14 acres now a dried up wasteland. TR-B wetlands was Given freely for favors to the Druid Hills POA. A rouge association that several members bragged they killed our Beavers.Beavers provide an Eco-system for every animal in the neighborhood.
