The Druid Hills HOA established with honor and integrity for the community of the Druid Hills Subdivision. This was a peaceful place to live before the Property Owners Association formed without a single vote or consent from residents.

The Druid Hills POA has taken the title of the “Druid Hills Homeowners Association” by calling themselves the ‘homeowners association”. They are the” property owners association” or DHPOA. Shame on you DHPOA. They do not have the right to collect assessments unless members voluntary join and chose to pay the DHPOA dues. Some are forced to pay, against their will due to fear from retaliation.
Where has all the money gone? Have services been rendered to you? What does our subdivision have to show for the POA being in operation since 1986? The POA and their co-horts use the services on your dime, chipper, dumpster, and dinners.
The Druid Hills POA board member bought domain names using Druid Hills HOA as their own title. So when someone searches for the Druid Hills HOA it redirects to the Druid Hills POA website. This kind of underhanded activity is a typical deception that the POA continues to do. They state they bring peace to our community of homeowners what a crock.
Many homeowners ask: What they have done with all the money all these years? That is the question? They don’t maintain or restore anything in our subdivision, as they have said time and time again that they do. They offered the chipper every other year and complain they have no help to do the job.
The dumpster and chipper is only available to their paying members! Everyone else is penalized from using these low cost benefits. What else do they do? Nothing! Accept collect assessments and make your life miserable.
What do they do with the assessments collected? To account for the thousands they have collected all these years since 1985 ? Is it going into their pockets? Homeowners have heard the former Treasurer bragging on occasions of taking vacations on the homeowners dime. Spending an UN-godly amount on the POA logo sign located on top of Mistletoe near the highway, cost $5000.00.
Some say he lied about the amount spent on that sign. He could not account for monies missing to new members of the POA board/ So he was no longer the treasurer. He also left our subdivision in a great hurry! In 2012 or 2013?
