Druid Hills Controlled by POA and they will go to any length to get your money. For those of you who do not know I am the Druid Hills HOA. Not affiliated with the Property Owners Association (POA). They can only collect dues if you are a member of their voluntary association. Recently the POA sent a letter to a seller that defames me as a buyer of their property. Attached see the rebuttal letter I sent to the seller for clarification. I left their name out for privacy purposes and I felt the need to publicize this for all to see the misrepresentation the POA is capable of in defaming me and future homeowners in our subdivision.
Druid Hills Controlled by POA, they are out of control in my opinion doing what they want to us in this subdivision.
