Druid Hills News-Front Entrance Sign Restored by HOA, I am happy to announce that the front entrance sign that was covered up by the POA and damaged was retrieved by the DHHOA. The sign is fully restored to its natural beauty ready to be hung when it is safe. Because the POA has demonstrated their ability to disregard to our subdivisions heritage that is the original entrance sign that represents the Druid Hills Subdivision.
My special thanks to all that helped in this effort to retain the sign, our heritage in our subdivision is for all to enjoy. Unfortunately, the boldness of the POA to hide our sign to put up their own is unconscionable. This act of defamation is typical with the POA take over.
The POA is not the only association representing our subdivision. The Druid Hills Homeowners Association (DHHOA) is representing our subdivision in good faith and integrity. The DHHOA does not collect or demand dues, does not threaten with liens or bother neighbors in our subdivision.
Do not just sit back waiting for something to happen, get involved, support the DHHOA by signing the “Signature Page”. In order to abolish the POA and put an end to the dishonesty they impose on us all. By not telling the truth and deceiving us with every story and rumor they spread out of sheer meanness. When you pay assessments your money is going to the POA to do anything they want, even scare tactics. The POA attorney helps them impose rules and regulations, covenants, and other articles that did not get the majority vote. Neighbors are forces to pay assessments or they will be slandered and harassed by the POA.
We should all help our neighbors, not spread rumors out of meanness. This is an ongoing problem. Certain individuals in our subdivision are relentless in slandering others they want to get rid of in our subdivision! I have one thing to say “get a life”.
One of my neighbors had the gall to report this to the Assessors Office, he could not sell his property because his neighbor had wolves across from him. This is the type of mentality my neighbor continues to exhibit. Nevertheless, his neighbor has Huskies and they are loved by many in our subdivision. They have nothing to do with any problem with selling his property! In fact his property sold, my new neighbor is very nice and loves the AKC Husky, Malamute and their Alusky pups across the road.
