This website was created in order to serve the genuine and authentic needs and common interests of the Druid Hills subdivision and it’s homeowners in Florissant Colorado. In Good Faith, we bring you very important information to keep our residents aware of important community issues, raise awareness, expose deceitful practices, and give our residents a safe place to connect in our Community Forum!
This association works on behalf of this community, as a whole, and does not require or demand dues, or falsely identifies itself as a mandatory association – as there are NO mandatory associations in the Druid Hills!
The Druid Hills HOA is committed to always maintaining and exposing the truth regarding our subdivision and to always keep the record straight, as there is a lot of manipulation and other happenings which have been misleading and deceiving land and home owners here in the Druid Hills subdivision for far too long. Most of the unlawful actions are considered “Civil” according to local police and other governing agencies, and this small loop hole is what has inadvertently served as the mechanism in which many deceitful and misleading actions have been “allowed” to happen. If you are interested in either joining our legal battle or dissolving this threat to our subdivision, please join us by contacting us directly, or signing our dissolution signature page, and please consider referring your attorney, real estate agent, and/or title companies to this site for further research purposes and clarification of facts.
