The DHPOA invalid covenants is how a group of dishonest hypocrites are running our subdivision not in good faith. Threatening homeowners verbally with slander and false rumors in order to discredit their good name.
This misrepresentation should not be allowed but it’s ignored by most officials that do not want to get involved or pass it on to someone else that eventually ignore the whole issue of fraud, deception and malfeasance the DHPOA board members are allowed to operate in our subdivision. Operate not in GOOD FAITH, by allowing this behavior it is like giving them a loaded gun to do as they please. The votes below are the actual property owners that voted in June 29, 2001. Not enough votes for their Covenants to pass as the majority – against the re-write of our Covenants written in 1971. Making the DHPOA invalid covenants not in effect and not superseding the original covenants that ran with the land.
The DHPOA invalid Covenants allowed to remain in effect as if the votes counted even though the votes did not count. Making the DHPOA frauds, cheating the property owners in our subdivision. Still. the DHPOA continued to deceive homeowners every chance they got this is just one example.
The By-Laws in effect during the time these votes recorded, stated ONE VOTE PER HOUSEHOLD REGARDLESS OF LOTS OWNED. Despite these rules the DHPOA ignored the proper way to vote. Instead they manipulated the votes in their favor by cheating. The voting role that the DHPOA filed showed this manipulation by the following:
1. More than one vote per household
2. Each lot owned by a household had a vote counted
3. Votes by persons who did not own properties in our subdivision
4. The DHPOA at this time administratively dissolved by the Secretary of State as not a valid corporation
