Gun Fire in Druid Hills Subdivision
I have heard lots of gun fire in the distance, whoever you are please be courtesy and careful about where you are aiming, we do not want an accident to occur with careless endangerment to our community of members that live here in the Druid Hills.

It has come to my attention that one of our druid hills members has had too much to drink, he admitted to it, but that’s not all, they started shooting their gun in a neighbors direction. I gave my support to the victims (neighbor that was shot at) in court where the judge sentenced the person to 2 years supervised probation, the judge ordered hours of community service, alcohol, mental, anger management classes for the person who shot off their gun recklessly and they spent 2 nights in jail, their gun was taken away to be held for the 2 years. The justice is this person will have to pay for all those classes as punishment or go to jail if they do not pay.
What was strange was the witnesses for the defense(person that shot at neighbor) some did not live in the Druid Hills. Called themselves neighbors of the defendant. Their names were not property owners on the Teller County Database. One more important fact the defendant works for the ranch lady in the front of Druid Hills that is a strong supporter of the POA. POA board member Director wrote a letter of support for the defendant that the judge received. Names have been left out to protect the innocent as well as the guilty. To the guilty, learn from this lesson, be at peace, and remember life is short. Be kinder to your neighbor, you don’t have to show the love but try and get along. This might just bring you some happiness.
