              IS THE DRUID HILLS POA NOT FOLLOWING THE RULES?

Misconduct in the Druid Hills Subdivision it’s a crime, because THE DRUID HILLS POA DID NOT GET THE MAJORITY VOTE. TO CHANGE OUR COVENANTS AND PASS THEIR COVENANTS, BY-LAWS, POLICIES or anything else they have in the works. They repeatedly changed covenants that do not exist.

THEREFORE, IF YOU ARE FORCED TO PAY DUES, THREATENED WITH LIENS OR ANYTHING ELSE THE POA RULES AS BINDING, THAT IS WRONG! REMEMBER IT IS YOUR MONEY THAT IS GOING AFTER HOMEOWNERS,, WILL THE NEXT PERSON THEY GO AFTER BE YOU?

IT IS A CRIME TO TAKE PEOPLE’S MONEY UNDER FALSE PRETENSE, CALLING THEMSELVES MANDATORY, NOT HELPING ANYONE BUT THEMSELVES. YOU HAVE TO BE A MEMBER OF THE POA TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE DUMPSTER, CHIPPER, OR VOTING. IS THE POA USING THESE HANDOUTS OR CRUMBS TO GET OWNERS TO JOIN THEM? YES! POA IS USING THE REALTORS, TITLE CO TO LURE YOU INTO BECOMING A MEMBER? THE POA TAKING PROPERTY OWNERS RIGHTS AWAY UNDER THE US CONSTITUTION 4TH AMENDMENT?

BY-LAWS

  1.  Their by laws were instated without approval, nevertheless they could not be amended without the majority vote to do so, but they were amended just recently without anyone knowing the details except the DHPOA.

           a).    ONE VOTE FOR PROPERTY OWNERS, REGARDLESS OF HOW MANY LOTS OWNED

           b).   O.NE DUE FOR PROPERTY OWNERS, REGARDLESS OF HOW MANY LOTS OWNED.

IS THE DRUID HILLS POA NOT FOLLOWING THE RULES?

By-Laws

The above by-laws were in effect when the Protective Covenants of 2001, votes filed without the majority approval, they blatantly added multiple votes per homeowner for each of their lots owned. Later the DHPOA collected dues from each property owner for each lot owned. Recently, they changed the by-laws without the majority vote it is over 20 pages long.

These unscrupulous  tactics to make changes without the majority vote went against their own by-laws only to benefit them as they saw fit. The way I see it, covenants that do not exist, by-laws changed without consent or vote is unconscionable.

They also raised the dues (amount) twice without the majority vote, ballots, or record of the votes, the first raise was unknown as to who voted to raise the dues and the second raise was just the board members and their wives at their annual meeting in 2015, none was present to oppose the small group that attended.

  UNFAIR CONDUCT OF THE DRUID HILLS POA

Others in our subdivision offered ‘a deal’ not to ever have to pay assessments/dues. These chosen homeowners given favors and promises between those individuals and the DHPOA.

 

MISCONDUCT OF DRUID HILLS POA IN DRUID HILLS SUBDIVISION IS A CRIME

POLICIES INTRODUCED WITHOUT MAJORITY VOTE

Nine policies filed on October 28, 2016 that was a surprise to us all, demanding assessment collections, adding fees with interest, enforcement, reserve fund, and reserve study that stated they would not maintain or repair anything in our subdivision. This is where the extortion becomes evident to many here in our subdivision, forced to pay dues to a rouge association that is dishonest, fraudulent and a deceptive voluntary association. in my opinion.
