Druid Hills POA Deception in the Druid Hills Subdivision and Illegal Practice as Impostors

As I represent the Druid Hills Home Owners Association, the HOA, it has come to my attention that the Druid Hills Property Owners Association, POA is passing themselves off as somebody or someone they are not, as the HOA. They refer to themselves as the HOA at their meeting, to Real Estate Agents, Title Companies, and to homeowners in this subdivision.

In addition, to add to the confusion and deceptive nature of Fraud, David Rusterholtz the Druid Hills POA President has bought several Domain names druidhillshoa.com and druidhillshoa.org to intentionally forward anybodies search to their website the druidhillspoa.org. When anybody types in my business name such as Druid Hills Home Owners Association, or types in the two domains above they are redirected to the POA’s website and to be even more appalling David has suggested buying more domain names to control anybodies search.

David’s underhanded gesture of deceptive control is cheating, in my opinion and confusing the homeowners in this subdivision, something the DHPOA does knowingly to mislead homeowners, possibly their way of taking control in our subdivision. The DHPOA has no regard or respect for others in this subdivision, the DHPOA has also been known to call people ‘out of state’ posing as someone or somebody else, be alert if someone calls you and says they are representing me Diana Foraci or the DHHOA in this subdivision; therefore, view my new website to learn the truth.
