Vicious Greedy POA. The POA is a voluntary association yet their dues assessments are mandatory. Why is that? I have no goods or services rendered by the POA. How did assessments become mandatory, just because they say so does not make it true. Or have their attorney write it up as law. Problem is nobody does anything and they know it. They are not above the law.
Learned a valuable lesson, do not take them to court unless you can afford the very best attorneys , high standards that supports their clients. I lost because I did not have these things, landed up spending a lot a money on attorney fees and had to pay theirs in the judgment.
Unbeknownst to me when I made an offer to pay the judgment for costs and attorney fees the POA ignored me I should of paid in full, because they paid their own attorneys, opened a new case with new attorneys and commenced to foreclose on my property. They had their claws in me because I did not satisfy the judgment that they prevented me from paying. All the attorney fees added up to be 12K, a high price over a $542.38 spurious lien. So fellow homeowners be careful when fighting for your rights against this corrupt, dishonest, group of people that wave the American flag while they stab you in the back.

Why do they have to be so dishonest and hateful towards homeowners that do not wish to join their voluntary association!
Since residents can choose whether to join or not, this voluntary POA, they cannot enforce their rules on non-members. Yet they do! Why is that?
